I got this from Jenny! Thank you very much dearie! I appreciate it a lot!
It’s nice to know that people appreciate my precious blog.
It’s really heart-warming. I wish I could go back to my previous SAHM blogger. But I know that I still have to stay a working mom as of the moment to be able to add more money in our family’s pockets.
Anyways, thank you very much for this award Jenny!
A while ago, baby Julie had her first ever pictorial at The Picture Company located at Rockwell Powerplant Mall. I was asked by my niece April, who is currently training as a photographer at the said company, to make Julie her model. I agreed of course! It was one of the most unforgettable experience. Why? Well here’s the story…
Baby Julie – sick of roseola (or tigdas hangin). Got her checked up this morning and asked her pedia if it’s still okay to pursue on the pictorial. The pedia said it was alright. So of course, a mom like me who loves taking picture of my baby, got excited! After the check-up, we went back home and freshened up baby Julie (bathe her, fed her her favorite Cerelac meal, and put her into sleep). So came around 2:30pm, we went to PowerPlant for the pictorial (btw, thanks April!), and as soon as we got there, baby Julie bumped her head on the floor (diving position… ouch!) She cried of course, thus ruining the entire mood. LOL! It was really hard taking pictures of her alone. So I needed to sit beside her while she took her pictorial. But the thing was, she was also annoyed of me (wonder why!!???), she prefers her yaya (sob sob). Not long enough, we finally took some good shots.
After the pictorial, we ate at Kenny Rogers (yum YUM!). Then, we waited for a cab. Bad news was… it was raining really hard! Lightning and thunder! YIKES! Good thing the taxi driver was good enough to be considerate knowing that we have a baby with us, and didn’t hesitate to drive us home. Since the cab driver lives in Cainta, Rizal (which is very far from our house) I gave him extra payment for the service. I felt light and happy.
So the picutre? Well, I’ll be getting it next week. April will just drop it off here in our house. Thanks Shobs! Stay tuned and let’s all wait for the picture! I’m so anxious to see the outcome! ^_^
Bloggerwave – makes you richer by the posts… As usual, us moms love to blog about our lives, our kids, and almost about anything under the sun! But we all know that blogging can also help pay off our bills.
One of the many ways to make money using our beloved blog is to join Bloggerwave. It is soon to be the Europe’s biggest advertising media on blogs. Although as of now, not much of opportunities can be found, but slowly but surely, they will definitely reach their dream of becoming Europe’s top blog advertising media.
Okay… Here is the scoop…
I currently work as a property consultant, which means I need to reach a certain quota. The company is giving newcomers a minimum of 1 sale in two months. Sadly, in May 17, it is my 2nd month and I don’t have any sale yet!
It is easier said than done. I’m not saying this because I can’t do it. But somehow, I feel like I have quite a disadvantage compared to the other property consultants I know. For one, my parents are not wiling to invest in a real estate property. So I have to cancel them out. Second, my friends are working there as well so I cannot sell them the units. That would be awkward now would it? Third, the people who told me that they would buy turns out to be not interested anymore! I wonder why…
Although I still am hoping for the best. I still have 2 more hot prospects and I’m actually hoping that they will get some units before May 17.
I really want to sell. I really do. I NEED to. Or else, I’ll be off looking for another job. And with my pregnant condition, I do not know if I have to lie just to be able to get a new job: like not telling that I am expecting a new baby? ARGH!
So pretty please, if you know someone who is interested in condo units, please tell me so. The company’s project is really nice. It’s a Megaworld Project! A bigtime company. A number 1 in the real estate industry.

I got curious on what the craze about digiscrapbooking was, so I tried it myself, and I’m actually quite happy with what I made! It’s a very simple framed picture of baby Julie Rayne but I find it really cute. Elegant and quite sophisticated.
So without further ado, this is what I “created”. For those who are very good with digiscrapbooking, please bear with me. I’m a newbie to this kind of stuff. ^_^ I’m practically doing this for fun. Real life scrapbooking costs a lot, so I guess I’ll stick to this for a while.
