*SIGH* I don’t know if it’s just me but I have the feeling that my baby Julie is not comfortable whenever I try to carry her and rock her to sleep. It seems that everytime I try, she just gets irritated and sometimes even refuses to sleep.
She’s starting to weigh more now, and as she grows, I am not capable of carrying her for a long period of time. My arms are getting sore, and mind you, she is a tall baby. She’s like HALF OF MY HEIGHT now! >_<
So whenever the babysitter tries to make her fall asleep, she can successfully do it, and there was this once that baby Julie fell asleep beside the babysitter! My baby doesn’t even want to lie down next to me!
A while ago, my husband was able to make her fall asleep. My hubby’s a tall one so he doesn’t have the problem of carrying baby Julie. It’s so unfair!!!
I want to be someone that my baby seeks comfort to. But if this keeps happening, I doubt that it will even happen. MOMMIES!!!!! HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!

2For a long time my Husband was the one that could get our little one to sleep.
My mom was also better at it than I was. I think that maybe I would get tense and he could sense that. I don’t know. Luckily now for the most part bed time comes and we put him in his bed and he goes to sleep.

3SImply don’t give up. Keep trying. Maybe try laying her down on her bed with you by her side, gently passing your hand on her back, or holding her hand. She loves you, this is a fact. But babies sometimes get this tense at bedtime. Just let her feel you love her – and I’m sure you do it! – , kiss her good night and relax. She will slowly get back to you.

I did try that several times though, and she keeps standing up from her crib and laughs as if wanting to play with me more well in fact you could see clearly that her eyes want to sleep. my hubby says that maybe baby Julie thinks that I’m a playmate and not a mom. >_< *sob*
