I was doing some research on Superman, and I came across the late Christopher Reeve, who portrayed as Superman (1978). He looks so much like Brandon Routh who starred as Superman in the latest Superman Returns. I suddenly remembered how the late Christopher Reeve passed away. I believe it was due to Cerebral Palsy.

From wikipedia:

Cerebral palsy (CP) is an umbrella term encompassing a group of non-progressive, non-contagious conditions that cause physical disability in human development.

He died last October 10, 2004 (I was exactly 8 yrs old, and he was 52), but I remembered my dad told me that he played Superman and since I love Superman so much, I pitied him and his family so much when I heard the news. By the way, here’s a picture of Christopher Reeve and Brandon Routh:

What did you do this Christmas? Here in our small household, since my mom’s not with us (she went home to Zamboanga), I did the cooking for our Noche Buena (Christmas Eve dinner), and since there will only be 4 of us who will enjoy the dinner (that’s my dad, my hubby, our helper, and me), I just cooked simple yet satisfying Noche Buena. My hubby and I went to a grocery store to buy the ingredients that I’ll be preparing, this is actually a last minute thing.
