This is my hubby’s post… So this is more of a “manly” sided post.

Aside from dogs, gadgets, belts, and shoes, cars are man’s best friend or greatest obsession. If the lady’s have diamonds, we guys have cars. Unfortunately unlike diamonds cars are not forever, and unlike cars, diamonds don’t get rusty, scratches and they don’t change models each year…. it’s a good thing that there’s car insurance, it’s your cars best friend, so that we don’t need to worry about any unfortunate accidents that may occur, after all we are the once whose driving it.

First and foremost, I would like to announce, that as of today — 01 / 29 / 09, this will be my “official” WordPress theme! Okay, okay, I know that there is a quotation mark on the word official which means that I can be changing this theme in a few months or so, but for now, I’m really satisfied what I created. Thanks to this tutorial, I was able to survive the fight of a whole new platform. And since I am already used to CSS codes, positioning and aligning the layout was a bit easier… I know I promised myself a violet layout, but I think I’m starting to fall in love with red / pink color as well… And since Valentines Day is fast approaching, I think this layout will go great with the holiday too!

Also I would like to thank Dhadha for giving me tips on how to have show smilies before the comment text area. I find it a really cool feature / plugin here in wordpress, and also I was able to change most of the default WordPress smilies as well! Looks better I’d say. Two thumbs up!

Anyways, I got tons of updates that I would love to share with you guys! Not really a good news, but something that had a little shake in my life. Stay tuned!

Nowadays, almost everyone is conscious about the way they look, specially their figures — something that is very true for some women. Almost everyone is trying to put antioxidants and fat burners into their foods or drinks, however most of these people just rely on these this things, and forget that even the most expensive car that had its tank filled with oil, will not run without turning the key to start the engine.

Ever since I transferred to WordPress, I have a lot of things in mind — specially the blog’s theme. Although I’m A BIT okay with my blog’s theme, I’m not sure about my sidebars yet. It feels like I’m lacking something. Anyways, here are my to do list for the blog:

1. Post about the unexpected interview.
2. Sponsored posts.
3. Arrange sidebar widgets.
4. Start a tag.
5. UPDATES and more UPDATES

Not sure if I can promise myself to post at least one entry every day, but I will surely try…

We have rearranged room’s furniture around to create space. We opened up boxes that were kept for ages under our bed, and found a lot of hidden treasures — clothes, books, Window Blinds, pillow cases, bed sheets, curtains, even a toaster, and more clothes…

Since some, or should I say, most of the clothes that were “buried” does not fit me anymore — either too big or too small, I gave most of them away to our babysitter, I told her that she can give most of them to her family or she can use them as well. Since it’s about time for Chinese New Year, I did this for a fresh start.

Hiya all! As you can see, I’m slowly and surely building my blog right now so please bear with me for the meantime. I have been learning new things like PHP scripting, and with a hectic work schedule, it’s not that easy actually…

Regarding my work, I’m actually torn between two positions, two of my account’s department want me to apply for either QA (Quality Assurance) or as a Coach. If you are a call center agent like me, you’d know what I mean, and it’s actually an honor for the company to actually choose me…

Actually, first the QA team asked for my resume and after around 2 months that I have passed my resume, they told me that their manager is not yet around so I may have to wait. So no biggie… But few days passed, my team captain asked me to pass my resume to him for Coach. I’m not really that tech-y but I love tinkering with codes, and since what coach usually does is to create spreadsheets for all of the agents metrics, I guess this will be a challenge yet a great opportunity for me to learn more on Excel. YAY!!! Formula!

Anyways, that’s it for now. I’m really sleepy as I just came home and did some additions here in my blog. Can’t wait to finally finish everything here, specially my sidebars.

By the way, I’m thinking of changing the color to Violet (fave color) but I’m not really sure if I will have the time. Oh well, I’ll update you guys again for any changes!
